Eye Health Awareness Meeting

Specialist eye hospital group Optegra Manchester Eye Hospital, which runs a regular clinic at Wilmslow Health Centre, is offering a free eye health awareness session. 2-4pm in the Church Hall of Wilmslow United Reformed Church, residents are welcome to an insight into the most common eye conditions and to hear more about symptoms and treatment options. Two leading ophthalmic consultants from Optegra Manchester Eye Hospital will speak; Mr Niall Patton will talk about Age-Related Macular Degeneration, floaters and other retinal disorders, and Mr Say Aun Quah will discuss cataracts and Vision Correction Surgery for the over 50’s (ClarivuTM). There will be an opportunity for people to ask questions, and afternoon tea will be served.
