Clay Lane and Church Road in Handforth will both be closed next week to enable Cheshire East Highways to carry out patching works.
The works are programmed to take place on Clay Lane, between Wilmslow Road Roundabout and Wallingford Road, from Monday 2nd until Wednesday 4th September.
The alternative diversion route will be via; B5358 Wilmslow Road, Kingston Road and Wallingford Road.
Church Road, between Wilmslow Road and Station Road, will then be closed from Saturday 7th until Monday 9th September.
The alternative diversion route will be via; Crossfield Road, B5358 Wilmslow Road and Station Road.
Access for pedestrians and emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times and there will be access for residents where possible.
