Missing Wilmslow man found safe and well

Kane O′Brien, who was reported missing on 27th July, was located safe and well this morning.

Cheshire Police would like to thank the media and the public for their help in publicising the appeal.

Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a Wilmslow man reported missing from home.

Kane O′Brien, aged 22, was last seen at his home address in Wilmslow in the early hours of this morning (Friday 27th July). His family reported him missing at 6.40am.

This behaviour is out of character for Kane and police are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

Inspector Jez Taylor said: "We are carrying out a number of searches in a bid to locate Kane. We are urging anyone who may have seen Kane or someone matching his description to get in touch.

"I am also appealing to Kane himself to make contact with police or his family to let us know he is safe and well."

Kane is described as white, around 6ft tall with brown hair in a side parting. He was last seen wearing a navy t-shirt and jeans.

Anyone with any information is urged to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 283 of 27 July.
