Plans have been approved to create additional parking spaces at the Black Box office development on Beech Lane.
The Emerson Group have been granted permission to demolish some derelict storage buildings, which have been unused for over ten years.
This will enable them to add twelve more parking spaces to the twenty eight spaces that are currently available for employers.
