Wareham Street will be closed for a week to enable a collapsed sewer to be repaired.
The road will be closed between its junction with Station Road to its junction with Manchester Road from Wednesday 21st November until Wednesday 28th November.
The temporary road closure is necessary to avoid danger to highway users whilst Enterprise, on behalf of United Utilities, carries out emergency repairs to the collapsed sewer.
Access for pedestrians, emergency vehicles and residents will be maintained.
