Jewellery stolen in four burglaries

Jewellery and designer handbags have been stolen from homes in Wilmslow during a series of burglaries.

On Saturday, 27th October, a burglary occurred at a ground floor flat in the Lincoln Road area of Wilmslow. Entry was made via a communal hallway and jewellery was taken from the property.

On the same day a jewellery box and a small TV were taken from a house in the Bramley Close area of town. The thieves threw a block paving stone through a double glazed rear patio door in order to gain entry to the house.

Also on Saturday, 27th October, a quantity of jewellery with a high value was stolen from a house in the Wolverton Drive area, together with a number of designer handbags.

Two days later, on Monday, 29th October, a burglary occurred at a house in the Tudor Green area of Wilmslow. The thieves smashed the lounge window using a rock from the garden and a quantity of jewellery was taken.
