Cumber Lane road closure

Cumber Lane in Wilmslow will be closed to through traffic from Tuesday, 31st May.

The road will be closed at the entrance to a new development site at No 57 just to the west of Chatsworth Road, to enable a sewer connection to be made on behalf of Brighouse Homes (Wilmslow) Ltd.

It is anticipated that these restrictions will be in place for five days. The alternative route will be via Gravel Lane, New Street, Moor Lane or vice versa. For further information regarding these works please contact Brighouse Homes (Wilmslow) Ltd on 01477 536950.

Would have been a courtesy to leaflet properties along diversion route, esp Newlands Dr and New St, to expect increased traffic and the regular 88 Connect bus service.
