As a result of works to extend the platform at Wilmslow Station there will be overnight closures to Station Road.
The works are planned to commence on Saturday, 16th April and will require a series of overnight closures at weekends to enable works to be carried out on the railway bridge.
All the closures will be put in place at 9 pm every Saturday evening and remain in place until 9 am on the Sunday morning - from Saturday 16th April through to Saturday 25th June.
The alternative route for traffic will be via the A538 Manchester Road, A538 Mill Street, A34 Wilmslow By Pass, A538 Prestbury Road, A5102 Hough Lane and Macclesfield Road.
