Jones Homes is to host a champagne and strawberries event for prospective homebuyers at Alderley Gardens, in Nether Alderley.
The open event, from Thursday 11 May to Sunday 14 May, will allow potential purchasers to take a look around the Downton show home, which exemplifies the high-specification finish within all the homes at Alderley Gardens.
Visitors will also be able to speak to experts from Jones Homes' partners, New Home Mortgages and New Home Solutions, to discuss finance and mortgage options, as well as moving packages such as Jones Homes' bespoke Agency Assist scheme.
Jones Homes is building 50 homes at the development, which enjoys a parkland setting within Alderley Park. Following a successful launch event in February, Alderley Gardens has seen considerable interest, with six homes out of the 11 currently available already reserved.

A choice of four and five-bedroom homes are now available to reserve at Alderley Gardens, with prices starting from £819,950.
The homes are available with Jones Homes' Agency Assist scheme, which allows customers to reserve while they still have a home to sell. Their preferred plot is then held for up to six weeks while Jones Homes works with local estate agents to market their current property. The scheme is designed to make the whole house-buying experience easier, with Jones Homes paying estate agency fees up to £3,000.
