A 22-year-old man was robbed by a gang of four shortly after leaving a Wilmslow bar in the early hours of Saturday, 2nd June.

The victim was walking down an alleyway next to Revolution on Alderley Road at 3.15am when he was approached by four men from behind and placed in a headlock. The men threatened to stab him unless he handed over his Cartier watch, which he did.

One of the men is described as black, 6' tall, well-built and was wearing a baseball cap and glasses. The second man is described as black, approximately 5'10" tall, of slim build and was wearing a red check shirt, possibly with a t-shirt underneath and had distinctive braided afro hair.

The offenders are then thought to have left the scene in a silver saloon vehicle.

Detective Sergeant Shane Owens said: "This was a frightening incident for the victim who was heading home after enjoying a night out and was set upon by four other men and threatened.
