Wilmslow mum opens children's boutique

A new children's boutique opened its doors in Handforth on Monday, 21st September.

Cute Cute boutique is full of unique baby hair accessories, plaques, personalised gifts handmade by a team of local mums, in Cheshire.

Wilmslow mum Magda Haroon, 33, was inspired to launch the brand three years ago by her two daughter Mia, five years old, and Leila two and a half years old.

Speaking about her inspiration, Magda told wilmslow.co.uk "I was always very crafty and spent hours doing cards, jewellery etc. When I had my first baby girl so many people would ask if it's a boy or girl so I wanted to put something on her head to make a statement 'it's a girl'. I could not find anything that would actually not look cheap. I was after something classy which is how my first headband was made. A few people stopped me and asked where I bought it from and asked if I could make them one too, which is how it all started...."

Magda added "All items are lovingly handmade by team of local mums, we know how hard it is to work and be a mum so we like to support mummies."

Since their launch in 2015, Cute Cute has been supplying their range of accessories to baby retailers and boutiques, as well as selling products online and attending international trade shows. Their first shop Cute Cute boutique is located at 20 Plumley Road, Handforth.
