Church Street will be closed on Sunday, 16th August, from the junction with Mill Street to the junction with Bank Square.
The closure is necessary to enable National Grid to carry out urgent works to repair medium pressure gas valve.
It is anticipated that the works will take place between times 8am and 6pm.
Pedestrian access to any premises situated within the temporary road closure will be maintained at all times whilst access for emergency and residents vehicles will be maintained where possible.
