Man wanted in connection with assault at Wilmslow bar named

Cheshire Police have named a 33-year-old man wanted in connection with a serious assault in a Wilmslow bar last month.

Police are appealing to the public to help trace Francis Kiffin-Bruce, from Newton Heath in Manchester.

A police spokesperson said "Kiffin-Bruce is described as black, around 5' 6" tall and of slim build. He has short black hair and brown eyes."

The incident occurred at around 2am on Saturday 4th December. A 52-year-old man was seriously assaulted at The Symposium on Grove Street by two unknown males. He was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries and subsequently released from hospital.

Anyone who sees Kiffin-Bruce or has information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call Cheshire Constabulary immediately on 101 quoting IML 1147781.
