He went on to say: "Orbit Developments have helped us achieve our desire to be situated in the heart of Wilmslow and have offered us support and advice from the offset. 48 Alderley Road is an impressive building and we are delighted with our new office."

Paul McLeman, Director of Orbit Developments commented: "We met with Handelsbanken in the Spring of 2013 and listened to their expansion requirements. We were able to offer them a viable property solution to enable them to locate to the building not only in the right location but with their individual requirements and specification as a leading corporate business. Our team offered a 'one stop shop' in terms of design and expertise leaving Handelsbanken to focus on the running of their business."

I hope adequate car parking for the staff was considered and they don't upset residents by parking outside our homes for free. Its about time the council gave parking a priority before allowing more offices to open.
