This years Wilmslow Rugby Club Under 11's have gone through the whole season unbeaten winning their regular season matches in Cheshire and Lancashire and tournaments across the North of England at Lancaster, York, Harrogate, Wilmslow, Stockport. Last Sunday they were crowned Cheshire champions at the Cheshire Cup Festival at Winnington Park rugby club.
They beat Chester, Oswestry and Ashton On Mersey in their group games then narrowly defeated arch rivals Stockport by one try to nil in a close semi final, before defeating Chester again in the final.
A fitting end to what has been a terrific season for all the boys involved.
