Last Autumn Alderley Pilates launched its offer of 5000 free Pilates lessons and classes, worth £80000, here on alderleyedge.com and wilmslow.co.uk.

"It was thrilling to support over 20 schools and charities with Christmas fairs and other local events.
"It was pleasing too to welcome the lucky winners of vouchers to our studio and to benefit from our unique approach to Body Control Pilates. We were also delighted to be invited to some of the events and are always pleased to show people the benefits of the Pilates exercise regime.
"Following the success of the first tranche of over 200 lesson vouchers we are now issuing more to any local school, PTA or charity within 10 miles of the studio. All you need to do is contact the studio with details of your school or charity and your event and we will do the rest" said Peter Bowen Studio Director."
"It's fine too if you have already had some vouchers and have other events in mind, just contact us again and we will be delighted to help. So if you have spring or summer events planned just let us know."
Of course you are always welcome to join classes, private lessons and workshops at the dedicated Alderley Pilates studio and there is a programme of one off sessions including cardio Pilates and Pilates and dance over Easter.
