Our Midnight Walk has seen over 5,000 walk in memory of a loved one to raise money for East Cheshire Hospice. Since the event began in 2008 it has helped to raise more than £450,000.

Many of you have told us how you would like to see the event grow. We have listened, and we're delighted to announce how this year's event will look.

Now called the Starlight Walk, it will take place in the beautiful grounds of Capesthorne Hall on Friday 25th April. The walk will set off at 7.30pm rather than midnight, and there is a choice of distances so people of all ages and abilities can take part.

You can arrive from 6.30pm and enjoy the activities, food and entertainment, and the walk will begin at 7.30pm.

This year's theme is festivals; as well as fancy dress (wellies and waterproofs) there will be a main stage in the Field of Celebration which will provide entertainment and music throughout the evening.

Many people choose to remember loved ones at this event, and so there will be plenty of opportunities to remember and celebrate throughout the evening.

Sign up for the Starlight Walk today and come with us on our journey of remembrance.
