Claire's has shut its Grove Street shop this month.
The American company was set up in 1961 and is one of the world's leading specialty retailers of fashionable jewellery and accessories for young women, teenagers and children - operating in 44 countries through company-owned or franchise stores.
The unit at 21 Grove Street is now available to rent for £27,000 per annum.
This latest closure follows news that Hullabaloo Toys will shut up shop shortly and we understand Nevada Bob's golf store at St Anne's Parade closed last month.
