One hundred and fifty plants believed to be cannabis have been seized from a flat on Kings Road along with what are believed to be Class A drugs.
Police carried out a warrant at address in Pownall Court this morning, Thursday 6th June.
A 36-year-old woman and a 43-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled class A drug and possession of a class B drug with intent to supply and money laundering.
The 43-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of abstracting electricity.
Updated 13.10pm, Friday 7th June : The man and woman arrested yesterday have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
