Local independent estate agent, Gascoigne Halman, has once again been successful at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards, which are run in association with The Sunday Times and The Times.
Gascoigne Halman collected the silver award for Best Medium Sized Estate Agency in the Northern region. This latest win comes hot on the heels of the estate agent winning Relocation Agent Network's prestigious 2012 Best Agent Cheshire & North Wales Regional Award in November.
John Halman, managing director and fellow director Peter Higham travelled to London to collect the award at a glittering ceremony held at the Lancaster Hotel. The pair were delighted to be presented with their award by Olympic swimmer, Rebecca Adlington, OBE.
In making the award to Gascoigne Halman the judges commented on the company being "an extremely professional agency which has profound understanding of how to make a business work well." They also noted Gascoigne Halman's commitment to customer service and their customer service charter. The judges went on to comment on the team being "prolific fundraisers" and "working hard for charity".
Commenting on the win, John Halman said, "We are absolutely delighted to once again have our work recognised by these prestigious awards. Receiving the award was a fitting end to what has been another successful year.
"The award bears testament to the dedication and hard work of the team and is a ringing endorsement for everything that we do."
