DSC_6025

Plans have been submitted to expand a cafe on Grove Street by knocking through to the vacant shop next door.

The proposal is to knock through and convert the vacant ground floor shop at 12 Grove Street to provide an additional seating area for the existing Konak Cafe.

A new glazed frontage for the whole cafe is proposed along with a new central door providing disabled access and a disabled toilet.

The planning application can be viewed on the Cheshire East Council website by searching for planning reference 12/4130M.

The deadline for comments is 22nd November and a decision is expected by 20th December.
