Wilmslow Health Centre is laying on over 1000 extra weekend flu jab appointments for its patients.
They will be running special clinics in October and November to ensure that patients are protected against flu this winter.
The flu clinics will be held on Saturday 20th October and Saturday 3rd November.
The at-risk group eligible for free jabs includes patients with chest problems such as asthma, bronchitis or emphysema, patients suffering from heart, liver or kidney disease and patients who have had a stroke.
Those with a weakened immune system or who have had problems with their spleen are also at risk, as well as diabetics and pregnant women.
