Glitz and glamour were the order of the evening when Wilmslow High School Sixth Form took over the Hilton Hotel on Deansgate.
On Friday 25th May they held their annual ball for 300 students and guests.
A formal meal was followed by an award ceremony hosted by head girl Louise Chatfield, head boy Matthew Roper and their deputies Lauren, Ellie, Sean and James who impressed the crowd with their wit and charm.
Jenny Parker and George Carr stole the evening as they were crowned Prom King and Queen, voted for by the staff on the night.
Head girl Louise Chatfield said "It was a great way to finish our time at Wilmslow sixth form, a stunning venue and lovely food. Everyone looked very smart in their suits and evening dresses, and I hope students and teachers enjoyed the evening as much as I did."
