A glamourous new business has opened its doors at Bank Square.
Make-up artist Lauren Shippey, who works for the BBC and a cosmetic company, launched her new beauty business Doll Face on Friday.
The make-up and hair studio helps women get ready for a night out as well as providing make up lessons and hosting events - including fashion shows, ladies evenings and hen parties.
Lauren, 23, told me "I used to work on dramas but the hours were too long because I've got a two year old daughter, so I decided to set up the business working alongside a group of friends who are all professionals."
Doll Face will be holding an open evening on Friday, 2nd December, which will be attended by Lauren's boyfriend Coronation Street's Jack P Shepherd, who plays David Platt.
