Talented teenagers will showcase their talent as Wilmslow High School host their very own version of the X Factor.

The inter house competition, which takes place every year, will see two students from Bollin, Harefield, Norcliffe and Thorngrove compete against one another to wow the judges. The winner of the competition will receive a 325 itunes voucher.

Last year's winner Erin Harris, pictured above, will be opening the show, which will be hosted by English teacher Clare Howell. Performances will be judged by Drama teacher Antonia Grice, PHSCE teacher Tim Munro and Student Manager Anne Brander.

Christine Boden, Curriculum Team Leader for Arts, commented "Audience can expect a high quality of performance and a thoroughly entertaining, lively evening."

The X Factor competition will take place on Monday 17th October at 6.30pm. Tickets are available from the music department at Wilmslow High School, priced £3 for concessions and £5 for adults £5.
