Wilmslow Leisure Centre has been given a glowing bill of health by customers.

The results from the annual leisure facilities customer service survey showed that 98% considered the overall quality of the centre to be good or very good.

The survey asked 100 users their views on Wilmslow Leisure Centre to enable the Council to see if it is meeting its customer service priorities.

98% were pleased with the variety of activities on offer, 95% felt they were good value for money and 89% were happy with the range of refreshments on offer.

The general cleanliness of the centre was rated good or very good by 93% of respondents, however 25% felt the cleanliness of the toilets and changing rooms was poor or very poor.

Respondents were particularly complimentary about the staff, 99% said they were friendly and knowledgable whilst 97% felt they were polite.

Councillor Rod Menlove, Cabinet member with responsibility for environmental services, said: "The feedback we have had from this survey is extremely encouraging and shows that we are largely doing a good job in the leisure services we offer our residents.

"Naturally, there were some negative comments and suggestions and, where possible, we will work through the ideas to improve our leisure facilities."

This has got to be a joke???!!!!! I have posted a link to this article on my Facebook page, since I cannot actually believe that people would compliment the Wilmslow leisure centre on any of its facilities.... As someone who has written customer satisfaction questionnaires in the past, I would love to be able to analyse the questionnaire to see how the answers have been coaxed out of people!!!!
