Having taken over the building previously occupied by Caffe Amma, Sitar Bar and Restaurant celebrated their reopening on Tuesday, 20th September.
Guests at the drinks reception, including Mayor of Cheshire Councillor Roger West and his wife Joanna, were entertained with live music.
Dusan Dinga, Restaurant Manager, said "We specialise in cooking fresh food with low calories and focus on healthy eating.
"Sitar blends the core values of old fashioned, fresh, home made Asian food with the tasteful, contemporary surroundings."
