Mandarin Stone officially opened their impressive new showroom on Water Lane today.
Located in the building previously occupied by the Era studio, this is Mandarin Stone's ninth showroom and their first in the north of the country.
Established in 1990, Mandarin Stone remains a family-run business specialising purely in natural stone for the home and garden. They stock a diverse range of over 100 different stone tiles and flooring.
Whilst Mandarin Stone already distributes throughout the UK and Europe, it was felt a showroom in the north was a natural progression for the company.
Owner Alma Small commented, "Stone is difficult as it's natural and varies so much. We want our customers to be able to see it in the flesh before purchasing and our inspirational showrooms give people this opportunity - they can really see what they are buying."
The new showroom located at 67-69 Water Lane has undergone an extensive refurbishment and displays over 200 m2 of natural stone, combining inspiring lifestyle sets and contemporary gallery type sample areas.
Vast stocks are held in the UK which enables most orders to be delivered within 7 days. Mandarin Stone will also happily accommodate specific or 'one-off' stone requirements, as well as fabrications of large stone slabs for work surfaces and stairs etc.
