Incredible Edible Wilmslow is bursting with energy following all the positive responses from the people of our community.
Cheshire East Council has offered several plots to be maintained by Incredible Volunteers to grow fruit, vegetables and herbs for everyone to eat and enjoy.
The staff at Ned Yates, a family run garden centre, that grow and source a lot of their stock locally, will be sponsoring some of the plots around town, so look out for edible gardens shooting up all around.
The wonderfully energetic Lifestyle Group, based at the Leisure Centre will be digging in too by working with the Incredible Volunteers to garden the Community plots and the staff at Wildings and Waitrose has offered to let volunteers use their water to quench the thirst of the plants on hot days.
This is real people power, working together to get Wilmslow growing, eating and learning about local food in a beautifully presented and tasty way!
