Alderley Edge based architects and interior designers Kimble Roden are delighted to announce they have won not one but two awards in the prestigious United Kingdom Property Awards.

They have been recognised in the regional category of Residential Interior Private Residence for Greater Manchester for their project 'Rowchester' and have also
received an award in the category for Architecture Single Residence for Cheshire with their total home transformation in Wilmslow.

The practice are now invited to a gala event in London's Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square in November when the UK award winners will be announced.

  • The United Kingdom Property Awards have been running for 30 years and are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability
  • The judging panel is chaired by Lord Best and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords
  • The United Kingdom Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the regions.
  • The top winners in each region will automatically be entered in to the overall international awards, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony at the end of the year.

Practice director Edwina Kimble said "We are thrilled to have been given this recognition for two of our projects.

"We work really hard to achieve the successful delivery of our projects – it doesn't stop at planning drawings, it's about designing and detailing every element of a
scheme, and being involved throughout the build stage to ensure the vision comes to life."

If successful in the national categories the practice will go forward to the International Award selection.
