Firefighters were called to a fire in The Carrs, which is believed to have started deliberately, on Sunday, 31st May.
One fire engine from Wilmslow along with one from Poynton and two engines from Greater Manchester attended just before 8.30pm.
The fire involving stacked wood, fence panels, trees and grass land in The Carrs park affecting an area of 25 metres by 10 metres.
Crews used two main jets to extinguish the fire, then used on main jet to damp down the area while monitoring the temperature with a thermal imaging camera.
