Fakhruddin has an impressive background career, gaining invaluable experience from a top tier multinational law firm as well as, more recently, a local high street practice specialising in all areas of contentious and non-contentious private client work.
His new role will see him focusing on a variety of work including Wealth and Succession Planning, Inheritance Tax advice, Trust creation, Will drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney LPA), Court of protection applications and Estate administration.
Fakhruddin has many attributes but what makes him stand out is his personable nature and his ability to provide a practical approach to ensuring the best possible solution is found for each of his clients.
The private client team is headed by Philippa Lewis. Philippa's team emulates the ethos of the firm which is committed to providing practical, clear, affordable and creative solutions for commercial organisations and private individuals.
