Following an investigation into the reports of anti-social behaviour involving a young person on a bike cycling around the town an 18-year-old man has been charged.
The teenager from Handforth, who cannot be named because he was 17 at the time the offences were committed, has been charged with assault by beating and three counts of public order.
He will appear at Stockport Magistrates on 30th March.
