A former care home in Wilmslow has been sold to an unnamed local developer and is expected to be redeveloped for residential use.
Hillside, which is located in a 0.58-acre site off Adlington Road, closed in October 2018 and the business went into administration.
Jones Homes Plans were refused planning permission in March 2018 to demolish the 6,108 sq ft property and replace it with a block of apartments.
The site was sold on behalf of the Administrators for £1.3million.
