Police officers were called to reports of an collision on Lees Lane in Wilmslow at 11.15am on Sunday, 12th May.
The collision involved a car and a motorbike.
The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and was taken to Stepping Hill Hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
A road closure was put in place while officers dealt with the incident.
