Plans has been approved for the extension and conversion of a residential dwelling on Manchester Road to create apartments.
Permission has been granted to convert a large three storey, six bedroom property at 101 Manchester Road into five two bedroom apartments.
Additionally the existing coachhouse will be retained as a dwelling, thus providing six new homes on the site.
