A 21-year-old man was airlifted to hospital this afternoon having sustained injuries to his hand.
Emergency services were called to reports of an industrial accident at a premises on Nursery Lane in Wilmslow at around 2.45pm on Tuesday 17th July.
Police officers attended the scene to assist an Air Ambulance, which landed at The Pleasure Park off South Oak Lane.
A police spokesperson said "A 21-year-old man who had sustained injuries to his hand was taken to Wythenshawe Hospital by the Air Ambulance.
"The incident has been reported to the Health and Safety Executive."
