With over 20 years experience in the Wilmslow area, Jane Lonsdale knows the area inside out and opened up the doors to Simple Rentals Plus, a family run business, at the beginning of the year.

Jane, who moved to Wilmslow over 20 years ago, and her family have been involved with the property market for many years, both in development, sales and rentals. Jane spent a few years in Spain, operating, a property rentals company.
She told us "Given that there is currently a downturn in the sales market, and therefore many people are resorting to renting, I felt that there was niche in the market, for a new "hands-on" company in the rental division. I aim to give a fantastic, personal service to both landlords and tenants."
