Jones Homes has once again received five stars for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and National House Building Council (NHBC).

The highest accolade a homebuilder can achieve for exceptional customer service, the award is based on the results of the National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey, an annual survey that gathers feedback from thousands of purchasers across the UK after they move into their new home.

One of the most comprehensive surveys of its kind in the UK, purchasers are asked a series of questions about their new home and their purchase experience from the internal and external design of their new home and timely delivery of their property, to their satisfaction with the sales, handover and aftercare processes.

Prestigious five star status is only awarded to companies where more than 90% of customers are satisfied with the quality of their home and would be happy to recommend a friend.

Managing director at Jones Homes, Gary Hardy, commented: "Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything that we do; we're delighted that our customers are happy to recommend us to their friends and family and to be once again awarded with five stars.

"Only a small number of homebuilders received five star status this year. This makes the achievement even more special and I would like to thank our team for continually striving to raise the bar and deliver exceptional quality and service for our customers."

The five star rating from the HBF is the latest in a number of prestigious award wins for Jones Homes; one of its site managers was recently awarded with a prestigious Regional Award from the NHBC in the much coveted Pride in the Job Awards. The company also has six nominations in the annual Local Area Building Control awards (LABC) and it has just received an award from the Civic Society for its sensitive transformation of the Grade II listed Cold Arbor Farm buildings in Macclesfield into a desirable collection of three unique and distinctive new homes.

With a history of excellence and an enviable reputation for build quality and customer care, Jones Homes is a privately-owned housebuilder with a Head Office in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, and regional offices in Lancashire, Yorkshire and Kent.

The company has more than 50 years expertise in the design and build of high quality new homes and currently has around 30 developments taking shape in highly sought after residential areas across the UK. For further information, please visit www.jones-homes.co.uk.
