A new restaurant serving healthy food is preparing to open on Water Lane this month.
Neon Health Kitchen will be opening during the week of 12th March in the premises previously occupied by Swinton Insurance.
In addition to serving healthy food, the business will also offer meal prep options and takeaway meals.
Joe Sealey, owner of Neon Health Kitchen and Neon Personal Training, said "We saw a gap in the market for healthy food prepared by top chefs, it goes perfectly with our brand ethos which is for a healthy lifestyle with a luxury edge."
Ben Shelley who has over 8 years experience in the industry, including working at Individual Restaurants, has been appointed as the chef at Neon Health Kitchen.
