What better way to start the New Year fitness campaign, than with a Physiofit screening which is the perfect way for everyone to check they are in good shape before they start exercising or to check they are targeting the right muscles. We will identify your strengths and weaknesses and put together a targeted exercise programme to get you off to a great start. All our programmes are sent over in a digital video format helping you to remember exactly what and how to do your exercise programme. Screenings are suitable for any sport and any age or ability helping everyone get the most benefit from exercise and reach their potential. If you lack discipline or are not sure exactly what to do in the gym, or maybe you have a teenager keen to start weight training for the first time, why not try a few 1:1 rehab sessions with our Sports Rehabilitator, Cemil down at our clinic at FITISM gym in Wilmslow. Here he can teach you the correct movement patterns and make sure you build up gradually to reach your goals in a fun and dynamic environment. We have 10% off blocks of 6 x 1-hour sessions and you are welcome to share the sessions with a friend bringing the price down – now £40.50 per session when bought as a block of 6. As a special Christmas treat we have a limited number of rehab sessions available at £35.
Don't forget we can also put you back together again if you are struggling with any niggles and injuries in time for Christmas. Stress and the mad rush pre-Christmas tends to cause muscle tension and headaches so don't be in pain on Christmas Day be proactive and book a massage or physio session now!
