Firefighters were called to a chimney fire in Handforth in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday, 31st October)
One fire engine from Wilmslow was mobilised to a chimney fire in a domestic property on Hampson Crescent just after midnight.
Fire fighters used one hose reel jet, one short extension ladder, a seven metre ladder, one roof ladder, height safety equipment and one thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
Crews were in attendance for over four hours.
