Wilmslow will be showcasing its artistic talents next week when the 4th Wilmslow Art Trail takes place.
Between Friday 13th and Sunday 15th October, the town will be full of artists and craftspeople including painters, jewellers, printers, textile artists, photographers, furniture makers, ceramicists and sculptors.
In total 39 professional artists, many of whom are new to the trail, will be exhibiting their original work in a variety of locations across the town from shops, cafes and churches, to open studios.
Georgie Johnson, organiser of the event said, "We're all very excited to open the doors on this year's Art Trail. Everyone has been working away to ensure that there will be a great selection of work on display from the amazing arts community in Wilmslow.
"Buying work from the maker is always a special experience as you get to understand more about the piece and how it was made."
Every location will be highlighted with Art Trail signage and balloons to make each exhibition easy to find. There will be plenty of opportunity to take advantage of all that Wilmslow has to offer on your way round the trail and many locations will be offering refreshments.
