Salli Ward, Time Out Group manager, said "Myself and the trustees have been hard at work over the past few months to bring some exciting new changes to Time Out Group. Time Out Group members and families have been asking for a permanent site where some activities could take place, where they can meet with each other and increase their independence and involvement in the local community.

"This would also offer opportunities for adults with a learning disability to 'drop in', volunteer, work placement, get advice and join in fun activities. The members decided that the project and premises should be called "Together"."

Since January 2017 members, staff, friends, carers and trustees have all been busy getting the place decorated and ship shape.

Valli added "We welcome everyone to come along to enjoy the day and look at what Time Out Group is all about."
