Change of use approved for new nail and beauty salon

Planning permission has been granted for the change of use of an empty retail unit to enable a new salon to open in the town centre.

DGBR Properties applied to change the use of 67 Water Lane, which was previously occupied by Website Store, so a beauty salon and nail bar can open.

The new salon is expected to provide jobs for two full-time and two part-time members of staff.

The planning application can be viewed on the Cheshire East Council website by searching for planning reference 16/2621M.
