Pownall Park Tennis Club is applying for planning permission to install floodlights to enable all year round use of the courts. Up to 10pm Monday to Sunday
The club is situated in a residential area adjacent to Pownall Hall School and there are three tarmac courts in use at present and the tennis club has approximately 210 members. However, due to there not being floodlights at present, the courts are predominantly used from April to October, with peak use in June, July & August.
They are applying to install 14 floodlights which will be used up to 10pm Monday to Sunday.

The last date for submitting comments is 24th February and a decision is expected by 17th March.
