If, like many of us, you've overindulged on chocolates, cheese and alcohol over Christmas, you might be planning a more healthy start to the new year.
In which case, you'll be interested to know a local restaurant and fitness company have linked up to bring you new healthy breakfast options as well as a free exercise class.
Aldeli will be hosting a free 30 minute express Barrecore class at their diner on Tuesday, 12th January, from 7.30am to 8am. This will be followed by a preview of their new healthy breakfasts and the opportunity to browse and purchase items from Luluelemon, the yoga inspired athletic collection.
Ilana Higham said "As is a Barrecore client, I met Sarah in class and thought it would be great for local businesses to collaborate. We decided to hold a class to add something extra to our new menu launch and to get everyone in the mood with a healthy, metabolism boosting start to the day!
"Our class will celebrate the healthiness of Aldeli's new options especially since in January people are always looking for something new to get into, to really kickstart the new year. This will be a fantastic opportunity to try barrecore and some new nutritious menu options at the same time!"
New items on the menu will include a selection of healthy smoothie bowls, with plenty of detoxing agents perfect for January. Plus alternative chia porridges, poached eggs on smashed avocado or wilted spinach with the option of homemade artisan bread.
To help you with your New Year resolutions Aldeli are also running a special offer on lighter lunches throughout January.
The free 30 minute express class is open to existing members of Barrecore and anyone who is interested in trying the class. Places are limited so please email to reserve your space.
Those who cannot make the class are welcome to pop into Aldeli to check out the new menu and athletic clothes.
