Trampoline firm springs into Handforth

BROOKE PARK

A trampoline park is set to open on an industrial estate in Handforth.

ELP Wilmslow Limited have signed a 10 year lease on a 22,183 sq ft unit at Brooke Park, adjacent to the retail parks at Stanley Green and Handforth Dean.

The company offers indoor trampoline facilities, including a full range of trampoline based activities, for all ages and abilities. Existing operations provide vast areas of trampolines with air bags, foam pits and climbing activities in addition to a cafe and party room to cater for corporate events, parties, schools, colleges and universities.

The new facility at Unit 4, Brooke Park is believed to become ELP Wilmslow Limited's flagship centre. The detached modern unit is fully refurbished and includes a car park with 50 spaces.

Andrew Farrer, Associate Director of Industrial Agency at CBRE's Manchester Office, said "We are delighted to have secured this lease on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management. The Park is superbly located close to two key retail parks, and with immediate access to the A34 and Manchester Airport it is easily accessible, guaranteeing a promising future for the trampoline park. The adjacent unit has already been transformed into a gym and this letting will create a new leisure hub within the Park."
