A planning application has been submitted for a change of use of a vacant office suite on Manchester Road from B1 offices to D1 clinic.
Quorum Estates is proposing to use the suite, located on the ground floor within the Barons Court complex, for a new clinic specialising in skin and well-being care, in addition to hair loss and weight management.
The clinic would create six full-time and six part-time jobs and the proposed opening hours are 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
The plans can be viewed on the Cheshire East Council website by searching for planning reference 15/4497M. The deadline for submitting comments is 29th October and a decision is expected by 2nd November.
