Public asked for their views on the national non-emergency number

The Home Office is asking members of the public to share their views on the national police non-emergency number, 101.

The current 101 contract is due to expire in March 2016, and ahead of this the Home Office are undertaking a review of the service to identify options for the future of the 101 service.

A Home Office spokesperson said "Feedback will be used to help ensure it continues to meet the needs of the public."
